Shipping & Delivery Help

• Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Large orders, such as large-volume banner orders, may ship by freight instead of standard parcel.
• An order may ship in more than one package or on different dates.
• When tracking is available, we may email you and show it in your account.

Production time is how long it takes us to make your order after payment and artwork approval. Carrier transit time is how long the carrier takes once the package ships. They are separate, and production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Please enter a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout. Extra shipping costs caused by an incorrect address may be your responsibility.

Carrier delays can happen. If something looks wrong with your shipment, check your order in your account first, then contact us and we will help where we reasonably can.
